Selene Update
/Selene is doing so well!! She carried 4 different people today and 3 sacks of feed to the barn. I finally got on her as well it is amazing to see how far she has come!

/The chickens and turkeys seem to like their new lodge. Now to get it ready for graffiti day and decorated!
Fall Festival Planning
/We are starting to plan a fall festival. This will be our first. We are looking for ideas to make it successful, any thoughts or ideas are welcome. We were donated a face painting session from a contest won by Amanda Trusty, I am thinking a balloon artist, pumpkins, 719 Rocks has agreed to come set up a station for the kids to paint rocks. Of coarse we have our animals for the kids to visit. Any other ideas are welcome!! Thank you all for taking time to reply and for helping Valkyrie succeed. 💜
Quality Time
/Today I was able to spend some time with Zach. I didn't get as many pics as I would have liked but here is a few💗. He had a good time with the babies and hanging out with my son.
Chicken Coop Bus

Valkyrie is the proud owner of a school bus chicken lodge thanks to my husband and a few friends. We will get it cleaned, and prepped for a paint the bus party. (Date is depending on how long it takes us to prep the bus.) Kids can bring out cans of spray paint and tag the bus however they choose and make an authentic art piece for Valkyrie's chickens.

/We are currently planning a few things for our spectrum teens. We would like to host a teen social so our teens can get together, "hang out" and practice some social skills. We are also wanting to do another equestrian camp this summer for our younger group of children. So far Valkyrie has successfully hosted 1 equestrian camp and our 1st Best Birthday Ever party. Both events were tons of fun for us and the kids. If you would like to donate for either of these events please contact us or use our Donate page. Please note we are a 501c3 and are able to provide a tax receipt for your donations. 100% of your donations go to our events not to care of our animals!
