My mission began with a mother's desire to provide better-quality food for her children. I wanted to know where our food came from, how it was raised, and how to make better choices for my family's table.

That desire grew into a deep love for homesteading and a commitment to sharing that passion with others.

Through my farm, I strive to provide quality farm products, raise animals with care, and help other families reconnect with the food they eat. I believe in the importance of knowing where your food comes from, supporting local agriculture, and taking pride in the journey from farm to table.

What started as a way to provide for my own children has become a passion I am proud to share with my community.

My Dream

My dream is to build a homestead where my children and I can live a life rooted in hard work, self-sufficiency, and a deep appreciation for the land. What started as a desire to provide better-quality food for my children has grown into a passion for homesteading and sharing that lifestyle with others.

I dream of growing my farm into a place where families can find wholesome, farm-fresh food and handmade products made with care. I want to create something meaningful for my children, support my local community, and show others that a simpler, more intentional way of life is possible.

Valkyrie Ranch

Valkyrie Ranch is a homestead on the eastern plains of Colorado. Valkyrie provides various services including raw milk shares, farm to table meat, and off spring sales.
