/The second veteran's family contacted us about a puppy they have been fostering. This family has been fostering puppies for a local organization for a while now and one of the puppies has become very attached to his foster dad, and this veteran has also become very attached to this puppy.
The family has contacted the adoption agency and asked if they could adopt this puppy and make payments. The adoption agency is very strict and cannot offer this family a discount, or any help.
