Another Veteran in Need

The second veteran's family contacted us about a puppy they have been fostering. This family has been fostering puppies for a local organization for a while now and one of the puppies has become very attached to his foster dad, and this veteran has also become very attached to this puppy.

The family has contacted the adoption agency and asked if they could adopt this puppy and make payments. The adoption agency is very strict and cannot offer this family a discount, or any help.

This veteran has not been crazy about any dogs, or puppies but this one he named Foose has stolen his heart. Foose helps his daddy when he needs some comfort, he helps his dad to regulate his moods, and provides unconditional love. This is the first animal this man has invited into his bed, or on his couch! These two need each other!!

The family has a trainer that is willing to donate time to train this puppy for this veteran they just need our help with the adoption fee. Foose's adoption fee is $400.00 as most of us know that is a lot to adopt a puppy.

I am hoping to find this family some help so they can keep this puppy. I personally have seen dogs help our veterans, and I promote service dogs as we have donated ours. This just breaks my heart that this family cannot get help. His wife has called several places and no one is willing to do anything.
